Los Alamitos Drama is a comprehensive theatre program that offers three levels of acting, two levels of technical theatre, and a production class. Los Al Drama is a competitive program that participates in adjudication of productions and competes in up to five festivals a year. Los Al Drama produces up to five full-length productions a year and has student leadership positions for every production.
Los Alamitos is heavily involved in the International Thespian Society, and Troupe 7944 raises money for Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS and participates in the TOTS (Trick-or-Treat so Kids Can Eat) canned drive program.
We have a strong student leadership team and take pride in our inclusivity and acceptance of all students.
Our theatre students do incredible things, and this blog is an opportunity to keep our supporters up-to-date on all of the amazing accomplishments of the students from the Los Al Drama Department.
